At Elite Residence, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fair terms for all our guests. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

1. Cancellation Before 21 Days of Check-in Date

  • If a guest cancels their booking 21 days or more prior to the check-in date, they are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

General Terms & Conditions

  • In case of a cancellation request made after the stipulated period, refund eligibility will be subject to the hotel’s standard cancellation charges.
  • Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • No-shows without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Guests must submit a cancellation request via email or through the booking platform used at the time of reservation.
